Positive: Breakfast was not part of the rental

Negative: Response by the management was poor. Instructions for check in were contradictory and we had to contact the management. No internet was available. When queried the management told me to reboot the router. When I informed them that that didn’t work there was no response and no internet for the rest of the stay. The coffee machine did not function correctly and required special non nespresso capsules. There was neither soap nor dishwashing capsules, nor was there soap in the bathroom or toilet. Overall, whilst the apartment was clean the fact that cleaning implements, mops, buckets etc. were left outside on the unswept balcony left a poor first impression. There were also no instructions on how to use the Tv where all the responses were in Polish. A folder with a set of detailed instruction written in languages that guest could understand could have been very useful. However, on the positive side the apartment was secure and close to the old city centre so only a short walk back along well lit streets.
