This home is large enough to comfortably accommodate 8 guests, while still offering that cozy, home away from home feeling. Catch snook and red snapper off the dock and grill on the gas grill for dinner or prepare your families meals in the fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances. Then enjoy your meals indoors or out by the pool and spa overlooking the water. Head to the beach after dinner for ice cream, a movie or play a game of miniature golf.
Enjoy your morning coffee in the seating area by the dock while taking in the beautiful water views and the warm Florida weather. And a sunset, sit at the full-size wet bar in the cabana area next to the pool deck with plenty of seating.
The master bedroom features a king size bed and the guest bedrooms have two queen-size beds and a bunk bed. Three full baths and one half bath. The lower level offers a large entertainment and game room with flat screen TV, oversized sofa, and foosball table.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HEAT THE POOL DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS: MAY THROUGH MID NOVEMBER.

Residential Rules
We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you.
Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and move to 500.00, for a second visit.
Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that, the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.
