This listing consists of two individual guest suite units in the lower level of a multi-family triplex. Each unit has its own private entrance and no shared spaces, ensuring privacy for every guest. While there may be slight potential for noise from the main unit, we’ve installed sound barriers between floors and doors to provide the best sleep experience possible.
Please note that the home also includes other suites operating as short-term rentals, and there is a possibility that guests in those units may have pets.

Guest access
This property features two private basement suites within a multi-family triplex, each with its own separate entrance and no shared spaces—ensuring complete privacy for every guest.
Do note though that there is no adjoining door that connects the units inside, but each unit is very accessible from their entryways for guests to go back and forth between units if traveling with a group.
You’ll have full access to both basement suites during your stay, including three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a shared backyard, and the right (north) garage stall. Feel free to stream Netflix to your heart’s content, cook up your favorite meals in our fully stocked chef’s kitchen, or hop in your car—or an Uber—to explore Mayfield Common, one of Edmonton’s most vibrant shopping districts!

Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.
- For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended.

A $15/night fee applies for each guest beyond 4. This helps cover extra supplies, cleaning, and general wear. If you’re booking for more than 4 guests, the fee is already reflected in the nightly rate—no extra charges will be added after booking.
All additional fees are subject to GST and Alberta Tourism Levy taxes for 9% total.

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:
1. Sign our short-term rental agreement
This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification
All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option
You’ll have two options to finalize your booking:
– Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay.
OR
– Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.
*Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.

There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
