The luxury holiday apartment is located in the heart of the resort, directly on the river (Parsęta) with a beautiful panoramic view. There are many restaurants, cafes, shops and the entire old town of Kołobrzeg within reach. On the other bank of the river, opposite the apartment, there is a canoe rental that you can use to swim on the river (open in the summer season).
The comfortable, beautifully decorated and well-equipped apartment is on 2 levels. Downstairs there is a spacious living room connected to a large kitchen. There is also a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower on this level. On the upper floor there is a second bedroom and a second bathroom, this time with a bathtub. The apartment has a large balcony. A washing machine is provided. The apartment has central heating and can be used all year round. Wireless internet is available.

The biggest attraction of the Kolobrzeg health resort is undoubtedly the wide, sandy seaside beach. In addition, there are many walking routes, in the seaside park, along the seaside promenade, along the historic pier, in the old town. It is worth visiting the local lighthouse, the aquarium, the seaport, the cathedral.
Attractions in the area: for families with children, we recommend visiting the Pomerania Fun Park amusement park. It is a year-round park located in the village of Dygowo (approx. 15 km from Kołobrzeg). It offers numerous carousels and trampolines. There is a Viking village, a mini zoo and many other attractions. In Kołobrzeg, it is also worth going to an Indian village, where you can get acquainted with the regions of the cultures of the indigenous inhabitants of North America.
Within 350 m from the building, there is a kayak rental, which you can use to arrange a charming trip on the Parsęta. Approx. 1 km away is a marina offering rowing, motor and sailing beds for rent. The Milenium sports complex with a tennis court and an Aqua Park is approx. 700 m away.
The international R-10 bicycle route runs through the resort, which makes it easy and pleasant to explore the neighboring towns by bike: Grzybowo, Dzwirzyno, Sianozety, Ustronie Morskie.
