DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING AND SURROUNDINGS:
The flat, located in a unique house designed in the mountain style, is an ideal place to relax with family and friends. The location is an excellent choice for those who enjoy skiing and hiking on mountain trails. It is situated in green surroundings, right at the entrance to the Olczyska Valley trail. There is a car park right next door, as well as a bus stop, so you can easily get to other parts of the city. The nearest grocery shop is located 300 m from the flat, so our guests will be able to stock up on all necessary products. The distance to the famous Zakopane pedestrian precinct Krupówki is also not far, being 3.5 km and can be reached in 10 minutes by car. At Krupówki you can taste the delights of highlander cuisine, ride in a horse-drawn carriage and buy souvenirs straight from the mountains. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and attractions for the whole family. Enthusiasts of active holidays will be pleased to know that the beginning of the trail to Nosal is only 2 km from the flat. The house is located very close to the Tatra National Park, which has numerous protected species of plants and animals. The park is very accessible for tourists, as it has more than 240 km of trails where you can walk surrounded by nature. There are also tens of kilometres of skiing trails.
Due to the location of the flat in a mountainous area, access during the winter period may be somewhat difficult. This may be due to the weather conditions on the roads, which are beyond our control. Please prepare your cars accordingly.
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
The comfortable flat, with an area of 157 m², offers accommodation for 11 people. It has a fantastic mountain décor that will allow our guests to fully enjoy their holiday in the Tatra Mountains and feel their amazing atmosphere. It is located on the second floor of a unique mountain house and consists of a spacious living room with kitchenette, 5 bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony. The bright spacious living room has several comfortable sofas for seating and a table with chairs that can seat up to 8 people. The lounge area also features a SmartTV, a vintage fireplace and windows that perfectly illuminate the entire interior. The living room has sleeping space for 2 people, in the form of a comfortable sofa bed. The first and second bedrooms are furnished with double beds, bedside tables and lamps. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with two single beds. The fifth bedroom has a single bed, a cupboard and a bedside lamp. The large kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary items for preparing meals, as well as amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The cosy bathroom with shower is supplied with towels, toiletries and a hairdryer. Our flat offers one parking space in the garage and two on the premises. Internet access, in the form of WIFI, is provided. Pets of our guests will also be welcome in the flat.
