Smoking inside the cottage is not permitted.

1. Check in is 1:00 pm day of rental agreement and Check out is 11am. Alternate arrangements can be made as required and if available.

2. Cottage will be cleaned prior to renter usage. At the conclusion of your stay, please leave as clean as when you arrived (There is no cleaning fee)

3. Please wash all dishes and place back in cupboards upon conclusion of your stay.

4. Please ensure any animals staying in the cottage have been picked up after, in the yard and on the beach. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times on the beach.

5. Garbage bin (small) and recycle bin (large) are beside the laneway. Pick up is Monday am. Please have out by 8am. Even though you have maybe only been here since Saturday, the person behind you will be doing the same the following Monday.

6. Water from faucets is municipal and is safe to drink. However the abode is on a septic system and typical septic system rules apply. Toilet paper is septic friendly and can be flushed but feminine hygiene products and baby wipes are prohibited. Do not put bacon grease down the sink or toilet as it will severely harm the septic.
