Come feel relaxed & rejuvenated in this one of a kind impressive executive style bright a-frame cottage w/ soaring ceilings, stately (gas) fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, large master bedroom w/ big screen tv, wraparound deck, and an incredible flower garden. The lakefront is less than a block away where your own potential private beach awaits or walk a little further to where the action is.
HOUSE RULES:
- No parties or gatherings - no exceptions!
***For liability reasons, guests may not bring ANY VISITORS or any others to our home at any time, for any length of time. Only those individuals who are registered guests may enter the premises***
- For security and liability reasons, we have surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property (location: front, rear and entry door).
- Quiet time is from 10:00pm - 9:00am to respect our neighbors.
- No smoking, vaping or drugs on the premises including outside entryway doors. ANY indication of this is an additional $300 charge.
- Garbage and recycling day is Tuesday of every week and is to be taken out the morning of and at the end of your stay.
- HOT TUB IS NOT FOR GUEST USE
- No RV parking. Boats are welcome!
- No pets. Any pets brought onto the property will incur a $300 fee!!
