Located just five minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown Sylvan Lake, this property offers quiet surroundings with thoughtful modern conveniences such as high speed internet and smart TV's throughout. 3 Bedrooms provide sleeping space for 6 adults comfortably. One bedroom also has twin over double bunk beds for the kids. This cabin is tucked into one of Sylvan Lake's most coveted locations. A quiet bay that provides stunning views and calm waters for kids to swim off the dock or the private, sandy beach area. Once you have enjoyed that, why not warm up in the hot tub or with one of two fire pits? There is also a propane fire table on the deck. The options are endless.
The entertainment options are plentiful both on and off property. Built in stereo equipment throughout the home and yard (right to the waterfront) that can easily be controlled by your phone. Smart TV in the living room and master bedroom and high speed, cable based Shaw internet. There is an 18 hole golf course less than five minutes away. In the winter, some of Alberta's best ice fishing is located just out the back door, along with an available private rink. Ice fishing tent is also available.
