Set directly across from the main entrance to Moonlight Beach, this modern coastal home is just a few footsteps from the sand with no stairs to navigate. The home sits at an elevated angle with panoramic views of white-water waves, surfers, volleyball courts, playground activity, bonfires, and sunsets. (But it's quieter then other nearby houses.) The property includes oversized, private, fully fenced outdoor living areas and contemporary interior finishes. Large glass openings connect the interior to the outdoor space, and the home is equipped with central A/C and heat.
Floor Plan:
This is a luxury, custom, contemporary beach home with two large, full levels designed for comfort, views, and indoor-outdoor living. Ocean and beach views are visible from multiple rooms, including the main living areas and first-floor family room.
The first-floor family room opens directly to the entertainers dream yard through a full glass wall and includes a large sectional sofa, 80 inch mounted TV and musical equipment and game. This level also includes a kitchenette, access to 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, the laundry room, and the garage. Perfect for the kids and teenagers to have their own space.
Upstairs, the huge, bright great room included living room, modern kitchen and dining area; sectional seating, an electric fireplace, a mounted TV, and access to an large outdoor deck with seating and Evo/BBQ grill and a pass through window/bar to the kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows face the beach, allowing views of the sunset, shoreline, playground, volleyball courts, and ocean activity.
Two bedroom are located off the main living level. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, access to private office and access to the deck. Also on this floor is a additional gust bathroom and bedroom with an Italian-made murphy bed - or it can be used as an extra office or gym with Tonal Machine (Membership needed) - but free weights, bench and light equipment is provided as well as a massage table.
Outdoor Areas:
Both outdoor areas are beach-facing and fenced, providing separation from foot traffic while remaining visually connected to the beach.
