This Luxury Lake Home with a Custom Pool is located just a few miles South of the London Bridge. It is just two blocks from Hwy 95 with easy access to all Launch Ramps, Restaurants, Gas Stations and Grocery Stores. This is a very nice home. If you are looking for a party pad, please keep looking. This home is in a nice quite neighborhood and I plan to keep it that way.
The best part about this home is the amazing pool. Its huge!!! One end has a beach entrance and the other has a huge shelf which is great for lounging with friends. The deepest part of the pool is 5 feet, so there is absolutely NO DIVING. While hanging out in the pool, enjoy a spectacular lake view backed by awesome Arizona Sunsets. Pool is not heated.
All the Furniture, Electronics, Accessories, Decor and Linens are nice and clean. It also comes complete with High Speed Wireless Internet. This House has a huge 40 ft Driveway for parking Cars, Boats, Jet Ski's, Toys, and it also has RV parking with 30 amp service.
The Living Room is complete with a High Definition 60' TV, Direct TV Satellite System, DVD Player, Ceiling Fan, Large Couch, and Leather Chase lounge.
The Kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook meals as if you were at home. It is well equipped with a Dish Washer, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, Coffee Maker, Pots, Pans, Can Opener, Silverware and All Cooking Accessories.
The Master Bedroom is complete with a King Size Bed, 32 inch TV with Blue Ray player only (no satellite TV), Ceiling Fan and Private Bathroom. The Master Bathroom is complete with Two Sinks, a Private Toilet Area, a Huge Walk-in Tile Shower, and a Large Walk-in Closet.
