The primary residence is a sprawling single story & features a formal dining room, voluminous living room w/ high ceilings, exposed wood beams, herringbone fireplace & sliding glass doors that lead out to an entertainer's paradise w/ an extensive wraparound patio, multiple lounge areas, infinity edge pool/spa & outdoor kitchen.
Just off the main living room, the chef's kitchen features a bar & island w/ granite countertops, stainless steel appliances & custom cabinetry that flow into the second living area w/ direct patio access.
