Enjoy easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and GoodLife Fitness a minute's drive away. Nature enthusiasts will love the proximity to the trailhead for Westminster Pond Conservation Area, featuring 5 beautiful ponds and 10 km of scenic hiking trails-just moments away!

- This fully furnished unit is a detached garage transformed into a modern apartment with private entrance and ample parking.
- Full kitchen with dishwasher, stocked with cooking essentials.
- Brand-new stacked washer and dryer.
- Bedroom with queen bed and walk in closet. Sofa bed in the living room with memory foam mattress topper provided.
- Essentials included: linens, towels, blow dryer, clothing iron, toaster, coffee maker and more.
- Private patio at back of unit.

Things to Note:
- Although the unit is fully private, we do live in the main house and share the driveway. The back patio is private and exclusively yours but access to the backyard is not included.
- We have an incredibly friendly (and quiet) golden retriever (Bo) who roams freely in our yard. He'll be sure to greet you with a wagging tail and big smile upon arrival and will likely become your best friend by the end of your stay.
