Located in the picturesque town of Summerland, this property is sure to please. Set above the town, the views are stupendous and unobstructed!
The house has been beautifully decorated with only the highest quality features. There is a large eat in kitchen and dining area and comfortable seating in the living area. All of our furniture is brand new and is of the highest standards of comfort. The large doors and windows leading out to the backyard and deck bring in copious amounts of natural light and fresh air, leading out to the spacious and private backyard. The *HOT TUB* is the newest addition, and is now installed and ready to use!
The house has been fully outfitted with all amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. We provide plenty of linens, towels and beach towels for your use during your stay. There are children's dishes, toys, a playpen and highchair. There is a large outdoor BBQ and patio set to enjoy the outdoor space during those relaxing summer evenings with family and friends. There is also a heat lamp to enjoy those cooler evenings outside in comfort.
There is ample parking available, in the garage, driveway and free parking on the street.
This property has a lower suite, which is rented out. We kindly ask that you are considerate to our lower neighbours.
Please Note: There is an active construction site next door. There may be a possibility of noise throughout the day.
