This stunning property’s 3rd floor entertainment level is dramatically open, filled with light unbelievable views from Palos Verdes to Malibu. The top floor is home to a chef’s kitchen with a massive island, top of the line appliances and also includes the kitchen table, living room and an oversized balcony.
Taking the 3-stop elevator or floating stairs down one level reveals three generous bedrooms, including a resort-like owner’s suite with private terrace, walk-in closet, and decadent ensuite bathroom with tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. Two more bedrooms on this level share a full Jack & Jill bathroom. The 1st floor is home to a large office / guest suite with a full bath that includes a steam sauna shower, and also is where you access the 2 car garage. The number of guests we can accomodate is 8. Any additional guest up to 12 is subject to $100/person/night. No more than 12 guests is allowed on the property.
The basement level includes a laundry room, media room with a sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and extra bedroom with a king bed.
