This modern apartment is located in the Browar Gdański housing estate, a unique project that harmoniously combines historic buildings with modern architecture of high standard, next to the greenery of Kuźniczki Park with children playground. The fashionable, dynamically developing district of Gdańsk Wrzeszcz, where the past meets modernity, is reminiscent of London suburbs. The dynamic development of the district is conducive to the rise of new shopping malls and business centers investments. One of such investments is shopping center Galeria Metropolia (located 200 m from the estate), which in addition to over 80 stores and exceptional food hall has a large cinema complex and rooftop observation deck. Other two shopping centers are located 10-minute (Galeria Bałtycka) and 15-minute (Centrum Handlowe Manhattan) walk away. Summary: The flat is nicely located in central Gdańsk in walking distance to the railway station (Wrzeszcz) and two shopping malls. There is plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We especially enjoyed the "Kawa and Maka" Italian restaurant (1 minute), and the Cz-kawka coffee shop (less than 1 minute). However, there is virtual no parking space around it outside the apartment. Luckily, we added the parking space in the underground car park to our stay. If you are coming by car, you HAVE TO GET A PARKING SPACE. Additionally, a path between flat to a parking space was somehow confusion. It was something like that. From the parking space take a door to staircase C or D. There take a lift to floor 0 (but remember that entry level for these two staircases is -1). Then go through door marked as Garaz. You are now in a car park, which is a different car park you park your car. Find doors to staircase B here. In staircase B go through doors to bicycle storage space. You should see doors marked "Przejscie do klatki A" (Crossing to staircase A). Now you are nearly home, just need take a lift ;-)The flat was reasonable clean (my wife found one dirty spot in the kitchen, the pillows covers in the living room hasn't been washed for, some time, so it wasn't perfect). The interior matched the description. Design was modern, without unnecessary clutter. What important for the family with kids, that second bedroom had two single beds. Two bathrooms also helped in family life. Furnitures and wide goods were new. There was enough cutlery and crockery for the family. There were a few things missing or not fully functional. The most annoying for use was lack of a proper drying rack (or drying machine). In the end, we had to buy one new. It also would be nice to have a more than 2 capsules for dishwasher, set of kitchen cloths, washing sponge and similar kitchen equipment. The main bedroom had a mirror, but it would be much more useful hanged vertically, not horizontally. Another annoying thing was lack of space to hang dresses or suites. There was space in the wardrobe for hangers, but it was too low.In general, that's a place is worth to consider for staying in central Gdańsk.
