The Master has easy access to an attached bathroom with a shower. A cozy guest bedroom, and a charming guest bath with shower & tub, along with an inviting living room with a view of Morro Rock. Also a convenient fully equipped kitchen, comfy family room with large flat screen smart TV and beautiful gas fireplace. Enjoy a BBQ on the backyard patio and warm up with friends around a cozy fire pit with a glass of wonderful central coast wine. The living room can be closed off for sleeping arrangements using either the sofa-sleeper and/or queen air bed. Our spacious garage will easily accommodate 2 cars and there is additional parking on the street. A perfect location for a romantic get away, your next family vacation, catching up on those crafting or scrap-booking get togethers or a quiet and peaceful retreat.
