Positive: The rooms were clean, staff was polite, spoke English and understood my broken Polish when I tried to speak their language. They were very friendly to our 1.5 year old daughter. As an American living in Poland, I truly enjoyed and appreciated that each room had their own AC unit and that it worked well. The breakfast buffet was very enjoyable. Even a picky toddler found things she enjoyed and the dining hall is such a nice size that you don't feel overcrowded like in other hotels.

Negative: The really only detraction to this location was the bathroom. While it was clean, modern, and appeared relatively new, the issue was with the shower. There was no separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom save for a little glass panel. As a result, the bathroom easily becomes flooded by the inevitable run off from the water hitting you while you are showering. To be fair, this isn't unique to this hotel as this appears to be a modern trend across Europe. We had also booked a large single don't be bed but instead were given two twin beds that we pushed together so calling to confirm is recommended. Lastly, itwould have made the trip easier if the room had a mini fridge.
