Positive: • A neat little apartment, nice renovation and design. Not bad content, although some things were missing, but more on that below. Overall, a good location. There is parking, although there were problems with it. Convenient, but loud blinds (I suspect that I disturb the neighbors if I close them late at night or open them early in the morning). There is a dishwasher. • The host is responsive and friendly. We managed to communicate both verbally and textually in English. It was possible to check-out a couple of hours later. Appreciated.

Negative: • Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi. I rented a place for two days and I needed the Internet for work. The host said that he knew about the problem and that a repairman should come the next day. The repairman came the next evening. As a result, I was without Wi-Fi for almost two working days. It was not very pleasant and quite problematic. In general, it is not very good when technical issues are corrected not between customer visits, but during... this moment seemed not very professional to me. On the other hand, my thanks for solving the problem, albeit late (I would like such a trivial thing not to be a problem at all). • I really missed the microwave oven. I had to use the oven instead. • At first glance, the apartment seems clean, but there are many dirty spots on the furniture and walls. Also, the entire lamp is covered in cobwebs. • Interesting "local residents" periodically crawl in • The soundproofing is very poor. You can hear almost everything: your neighbors, every movement on the landing, every call to the elevator. Unfortunately, in the mornings you can hear construction work from the street. • A huge TV, but not connected to the Internet. It is not important for me, just a fact for the next potential tenants. • The pillows for sleeping are simply huge. I sincerely do not know how to sleep on such. The head is half a meter higher than the body. Unfortunately, it was very uncomfortable to sleep for this reason and for the reason with soundproofing described above. • The parking space is very inconvenient: in the corner, between the wall, the pole and other cars. I accidentally scratched my car while parking... a very negative aftertaste remained from this.

Summary: Overall not bad, but not at all what I expected. It was not comfortable to work or sleep.
