Feel right at home in this stylish hidden gem - The Boho Bungalow where you can live like a local and enjoy the sights, sounds and sea breezes of beautiful Ocean Beach all right on your doorstep. Soak up the sun on the front patio while the coffee is brewing in the kitchen, then retire to the beautiful bedroom before a movie with Netflix included.You will be an easy 15 min walk to the beach, 10 mins to the happening Newport Ave and a quick drive or scooter ride to San Diego's top hot spots. This cottage comes with a private entry but has a shared yard with two other tenants in the front. Pleas be respectful of the two tenants in the front! This space comes with a garage, street parking, as well as beach chairs and boogie boards to enjoy! It also comes with a private seating and fire pit to sit and enjoy your dinner under the lights! Our craftsman open floor plan consists of kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom. Hardwood flooring, along with original windows and fire place create the cozy charm. This wonderful outside deck has twinkle lights; Enjoy the view of the stars and San Diego's beach town. Our garage is stocked with fun things including:
* Beach chairs
* Beach towels
* Picnic Basket
Guest access: You will be able to come through the alley gate and access everything on the back cottage property. The patio and seating area, the cottage, as well as the garage in the back.
Other things to note
- Please come through the back alley gate. (attached is a photo on listing)
- There is an air mattress in the garage, as well as sheets in the pantry. (extra pillows are located in the closet)
- To turn on outdoor lights, you will need to use the laundry key located next to do the door but please don't do your laundry in the laundry room (for front tenants only) I have provided a drying rack in the closet for you!
- Please respect the front tenants and stay on the back cottage property only.
- There are extra sheets in the pantry to use
- The welcome packet I have provided for you in the cottage as all the best information- please take some time to look it over :)
