This has an attached 1 car garage, with the entry door to the unit in the garage, then up a single-story staircase to the laundry room, then enter through the kitchen.
The rental is for a private 1 Bedroom, 1 Full Bath, with a full kitchen and all appliances, WiFi, W/D, TV room, all utilities and attached garage.
No shared spaces, it's mostly rented by traveling nurses and some stay up to a year because of how expensive other apartments are in Vegas.

This is close to nightlife, restaurants, casinos, parks, supermarkets and transportation. Great for solo adventurers, students, traveling nurses or retirees.
