Summary: The staff was friendly and great but the hotel room itself was something less to be desired. Entered the room and was greeted by a mosquito, as well as some unidentified bugs and roaches crawling in the bathroom and the main room. My remote control didn't work so had to go to the front office to get the batteries switched out. Peeled paint on the bathroom door and around the bathroom was unattractive. One of the sinks had a drippy faucet. My hotel room is in front of a busy gate that squeaks every time it's used. Out of all this, the most frustrating part of my stay for me was the soap. It was the thinnest soap I have ever seen, and brittle to the touch. I try to do my research in booking a hotel and the number of review were decent for this hotel, but I couldn't tell you why. Would not stay there again.
