Spacious 4 bedroom 3 full bathroom including TWO master bedrooms each with an ensuite bath and TV. Fully equipped kitchen and open concept living area that has glass patio doors leading to the pool. There is ample seating inside and out for you and your guests to relax. Screened in heated pool so you can enjoy Florida weather year around. Pool remains at 84 degrees.

The Space:
Experience peace and serenity from the moment you enter this property. Located on the coveted 500 block in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach and just a mile away from restaurants, specialty shops, entertainment and more in the Mercato Shops. This beautifully appointed four bedroom/three full bath home boasts two master bedrooms each with an ensuite bath and TV. The third bedroom features a queen bed and shares a bath with the fourth bedroom equipped with a trundle bed and an additional twin bed. Two very comfortable twin size converta-beds can be added to either of the king size rooms or the common area.
An open concept living area is spacious and reveals a large sectional sofa and oversized chair. There is ample seating for you and your guests to relax, take in your favorite sporting event, or have movie night on the TV equipped with Xfinity channel lineup. After you prepare a home cooked meal in your extensive fully equipped kitchen you can enjoy your meal at the dining room table, breakfast bar or outdoor dining area. Glass patio doors to the pool bring the outdoors in. A gas grill is also provided for your convenience.
The heated pool is screened in so that you can enjoy the wonderful Florida weather all year round. Soak up some sun on the chaise lounges or just sit around the pool and watch the kids play. This home also has an easy to install baby safety fence for the pool.
Both master bedrooms feature Tommy Bahama furnishings and the entire home is over-sized and spacious with high ceilings.
You have a washer and dryer, bicycles, beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella for your use.
For those traveling with children, we provide a pac n play, highchair and stroller.
WiFi is also available throughout the home.

Naples is a mecca for vacationers. Our neighborhood is quiet, within walking distance to the beach and restaurants, retail shopping, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are all within close proximity.
