LAKE VIEW, located ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE LAKE and the Beautiful Boardwalk. Located in the QUIET heart of cottage country near the downtown area of Sylvan Lake! An easy walk, bike or scooter on the Boardwalk into the main part of town and only 3 blocks to the awesome large new playground. Secluded Beach & grassy areas to enjoy directly across the street! Watch gorgeous peak through SUNSETS from the front deck or directly cross the street and sit on the beach!
The cottage is super cute and cozy with original & slightly sloped hardwood floors and a vaulted cedar ceiling and has a Beach/Lake Life flare. Open floor plan with the kitchen and living room which has a DECORATIVE ONLY cast Iron fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms; both with queen sized beds. As well as a queen size pull out hide-a-bed in the living room with upgraded Lazy Boy memory foam mattress which adds additional queen sized sleeping space. Includes a modern, full kitchen with microwave, stove, fridge with freezer, a dishwasher and sink. 4 piece bath separate claw tub and a washer & dryer. Free Wi-Fi, Shaw Blue Curve TV, don’t forget your Netflix password to log on. Playpen/portable crib and booster adjustable high chair for children.
Front & rear decks. The backyard has great sun exposure for tanning during the day and nice shade in the later hours, & also a fire pit for hot dog roasts. Also: gas BBQ on the back deck, a patio furniture set on the front deck facing the lake, plenty of lawn chairs and a picnic table. Firewood can be purchased in town.
Cottage across the street from the finest beach in all of Alberta, with a shallow water play area, tons of sand and lots of grassy spots. Main beach has a roped swimming area and warm water; lots of fun is had by all. The lake is large, shallow for a long way but deep farther out and very clean.
Quiet area on a 30KM street with speed bumps directly across from the beautiful boardwalk. Walk across the street to your own little beach and swimming areas, and it's just a 2.5 blocks to the children's playground and the main part of downtown. Sip your morning coffee on the deck while gazing across the lake. This cottage is just blocks from the main part of the finest beach in AB, swim area, beach volleyball area, aqua splash park, large kids playground, splash park, bike pump track, restaurants, marina, grocery stores, ice cream shops and many other little shops. Sylvan Lake also has a Walmart, Sobeys, Superstore, Canadian Tire, Shoppers Drug, etc.
Also, please enjoy the fresh condiments and spices we have recently stocked the cottage with, below here is a list of some of them so you don't need to pack and bring them. This is a courtesy for all our guests and in return we request that if something is running low, or runs out, that you please replace that item of a similar quantity and quality as provided to you so our next guest is able to enjoy the same benefit. We cannot guarantee all items will be there due to this being an honour system.

Very Family Friendly with playpen. Guests booking must be over 30 but children are definitely welcome and encouraged! Strict noise restriction after 10pm or by-law may be called and full damage deposit will be applied. Absolutely no smoking inside, parties or events. Sorry no pets. No groups of friends allowed unless over the age of 35. A copy of all adult Driver's License's or ID is required upon booking. Failure to comply with our house rules will result in a full forfeit of your damage deposit.
