This West Hollywood home is designed for extended stays and offers a rare sense of scale, privacy, and indoor-outdoor living in one of the city’s most walkable neighborhoods. From the moment you enter, soaring ceilings and expansive windows create an immediate feeling of openness and light.
The main living level features an open layout that flows from the living room into the kitchen and dining areas. A fireplace and large TV anchor the living space, while the kitchen centers around a generous island that works well for cooking, entertaining, or daily living during a longer stay. Natural light wraps the first floor throughout the day.
Large pocket doors open fully to the backyard, creating a true indoor-outdoor experience. The pool has been recently renovated with new tile, and updated landscaping surrounds the outdoor areas, making the yard feel calm, private, and usable throughout the day.
The home includes multiple seating and lounge areas, both indoors and out, allowing guests to spread out comfortably. Near the entry, a shaded outdoor seating area offers a quiet place to relax away from the pool.
Upstairs, the bedrooms are oversized and well separated for privacy. The primary suite features a beautifully remodeled bathroom and direct access to a private deck. Three additional bedrooms each include en suite bathrooms and are separated by outdoor patios, allowing everyone to enjoy their own space.

Guests will have access to the entire home. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly gardener and pool service, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out. Replacement costs will be charged if items are not received within 10 days.
This is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.
Utility usage is included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use may result in additional charges.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.
- All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.
- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.
- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.
- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
- Guests can choose to have the pool and spa heated during their stay. The standard heating rate is $50 per night to maintain a temperature of 82 degrees. Heating to 85 degrees is an additional $30 per night, while heating to 90 degrees is an additional $75 per night. A minimum of two consecutive days of heating is required, and payment must be arranged prior to arrival.
- Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.
