Letnica Superior to wspaniały, przestronny apartament. Na 50 metrach kwadratowych znajduje się prawdziwa uczta dla oka. Całe mieszkanie wykończone jest bardzo nowocześnie, w odcieniach bieli i szarości i spełni wymagania nawet najbardziej wymagających klientów.
Głównym pomieszczeniem jest tu ogromny salon z wyjściem na balkon. Jego centralnym elementem jest piękna, rozkładana kanapa, która będzie doskonała do relaksu po całodniowym zwiedzaniu lub męczącym dniu pracy. Pokój dzienny obejmuje również część jadalną. Do dyspozycji gości jest duży telewizor z szeroką pulą programów oraz szybka sieć wifi.

Aneks kuchenny wyposażony w wysokiej klasy sprzęty użytku domowego (szkło, zestaw garnków, patelnia, sztućce i inne akcesoria, które mogą przydać się w trakcie pobytu) oraz pojemną zabudowę.

Apartament posiada dwie sypialnie : w jednej z nich znajduje się komfortowe łóżko małżeńskie, w drugiej zaś wygodna rozkładana sofa.
Łazienka jest jasna, czysta i przestronna, wyposażona w kabinę prysznicową, w której można wziąć relaksujący prysznic w przeszklonej kabinie. W szafkach schowaliśmy suszarkę do włosów oraz ręczniki - wszystko do dyspozycji naszych klientów.

Letnica Superior is a wonderful, spacious apartment. At 50 square meters there is a real feast for the eye. The entire apartment is finished in a very modern way, in shades of white and gray, and will meet the requirements of even the most demanding customers.
The main room is a huge living room with a balcony. Its central element is a beautiful, fold-out sofa, which will be perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or a busy working day. The living room also includes a dining area. Guests have at their disposal a large TV with a wide range of programs and a fast wifi network.

A kitchenette equipped with high-class household appliances (glass, a set of pots, a frying pan, cutlery and other accessories that may be useful during your stay) and spacious buildings.

The apartment has two bedrooms: in one of them there is a comfortable double bed, in the other a comfortable fold-out sofa.
The bathroom is bright, clean and spacious, equipped with a shower cubicle, where you can take a relaxing shower in the glass cubicle. We have hidden a hair dryer and towels in the cabinets - everything is available to our clients.

Getting Around:
Apartament znajduję w dzielnicy Letnica, bardzo dobrze skomunikowanej z centrum i jednocześnie gwarantującej szybki dojazd do głównych tras drogowych, Drogi Zielonej oraz Tunelu pod Martwą Wisłą. Korzystając z komunikacji miejskiej, sprawnie dostaniemy się z osiedla do innych dzielnic Gdańska, dworca głównego PKP oraz dworca głównego PKS.

W odległości 1,5 km od Osiedla Latarników znajduje się stadion piłkarski Energa oraz kompleks wystawienniczo-kongresowy AmberExpo, co pozwoli naszym gościom uczestniczyć w wielu imprezach, wydarzeniach kulturalnych i sportowych.

Nasi goście mogą korzystać również z miejsca parkingowego w hali garażowej budynku, w którym znajduje się apartament.

The apartment is located in the Letnica district, very well connected to the center and at the same time ensuring quick access to the main road routes, the Green Road and the Tunnel under the Martwa Wisła. Using public transport, we will efficiently get from the estate to other districts of Gdańsk, the main railway station and the main bus station.

The Energa football stadium and the AmberExpo exhibition and congress complex are located 1.5 km from the Settlements which will allow our guests to participate in many cultural and sports events.

Our guests can also use a parking space in the garage of the building in which the apartment is located.

Other Things to Note:
Do ceny każdego apartamentu doliczamy opłatę serwisową 280 PLN oraz podatek miejski, który w Gdańsku wynosi 3,31 PLN za dobę od osoby.
Cały pobyt zwierzęcia kosztuje 100 PLN (do wcześniejszego potwierdzenia z obsługą).
Jeżeli potrzebują Państwo dostawkę, łóżeczko dla dziecka wraz z kompletem pościeli lub krzesełko do karmienia, prosimy o informacje.
Koszt dostawienia łóżeczka dziecięcego wynosi 70 PLN, krzesełka do karmienia 30 PLN, dostawki 120 PLN za cały pobyt.
Od każdej rezerwacji pobierana jest kaucja w wysokości 300 PLN za pośrednictwem preautoryzacji karty.
Kaucja jest pobierana w dniu przyjazdu w Naszej recepcji lub telefonicznie pracownikowi biura.

To the price of each apartment, we add a service fee of PLN 280 and a city tax, which in Gdańsk is PLN 3,31 per night per person.
The entire stay of the animal costs PLN 100 (to be confirmed in advance with the service).
If you need an extra bed, a cot with a set of bedding or a high chair, please let us know.
The cost of adding a baby cot is PLN 70, high chairs PLN 30, extra bed PLN 120 for the entire stay.
Every reservation requires a deposit of 300 PLN paid by card authorization on the day of the arrival in our reception or via a phone.
