AC UNIT RECENTLY INSTALLED ❄️ Quant, clean, & one very comfortable cabin! Tiny but mighty 💪🏼 Has everything any place should have. Full on kitchen with cooking utensils, along with pots & pans. High speed Internet. Two TVs, one in the living room & in the bedroom. Tempur-pedic bed , and pull out sofa sleeper. Tiled shower with build in seating. Equipped with shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. We also have a blow dryers in case you forgot yours 😉
Our Guests that have stayed with us respect & treat our place as their own. We appreciate all that do. Crestline is a great place to stay & live . In the unfortunate event that a guest should not follow our house rules, please read the following.
****ATTENTION**** NO Animals of any kind are allowed. This property is allergy free due to owners family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like. This poses a server health hazard to host’s family members and therefore are no exceptions to this rule. Failure to not abide will / can result in your inability to check in, cancellation of your reservation, and $200 fee for deep cleaning.
NO Smoking of any kind inside of the Cabin. If we determine that a guest has smoked inside of the cabin a $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
Only One car is allowed for parking per stay. All guests must park in assigned parking only #6 . Parking in unassigned parking spaces, may result in your vehicle being towed and / or $100 deducted from security deposit.
We kindly ask that all dishes used to please be washed. If a noticeable amount of dirty dishes have been left out , a $25 Cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
No additional guests, other than what is specified, are allowed to stay over night. Violation of this rule is subject to immediate eviction (per San Bernardino County Code enforcement) & may also be cited.
No parties or large groups are allowed. If we, or the county Sheriffs show up due to noise complaints or large groups complaints, $100 will be deducted from your security deposit. A Second complaint for any of these violations will be subject to Immediate eviction and another $100 will be deducted from your security deposit. No refund will be issued.
Check out is @ 11 a.m. & Check in is @ 3 p.m. Earlier arrival & later checkout can be made upon approval only. A later check out time that has not been approved, will result in a $100 fee for delaying any incoming guests.
It is the law that all persons driving in the San Bernardino Mountains must carry tire chains in their vehicle, from Nov - April . Conditions change extremely fast and no refund will be issued unless all roads leading to Crestline are closed for 3 hours or more
