This single-family home is located 3 miles from the beach with restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the coziness and proximity to many outings. My place is good for families, couples or solo adventurers, and business travelers. With the pool/hot tub and large outdoor entertaining deck, you can enjoy the sunsets of Southern California fireside or loungers poolside.
The space
This is a two-story single-family home, with three bedrooms. All bedrooms and showers are upstairs with half bath downstairs. Each bedroom has a TV with streaming services. Two bedrooms upstairs share a full bath with the Master having its own ensuite bathroom. One bedroom has a raised platform twin-size bed, another with a queen, and the master with a king-size. Downstairs you will find two living areas and an open concept kitchen with a wine fridge.
In the back, you will find a large wood Ipe wood deck with a pool and hot tub. Depending on the size of your party, there is another room outside that can be kept as a workout room or we could convert it back to another guest room with a queen-size bed. You could have access to the Peloton and weights.
This is our family home and we do have two cats onsite. So take that in mind when considering this home.
