Die Künstlervilla Ambrosian liegt am Ortsrand des Seebades Trzebiez/Ziegendorf, 1.500 m zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, am Rande eines malerischen Waldgebietes. Hier erleben Sie die Natur des Stettiner Haffs umgeben von Kunst. Auch das an Sehenswürdigkeiten reiche Stettin mit seinen Top-Restaurants und seiner pulsierenden Kunstszene ist in nur 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Unsere Villa befindet sich auf einem weitläufigen, naturbelassenen Areal von einem Hektar.
Vor dem Grundstück befindet sich ein moderner Radweg und eine Bushaltestelle, mit direktem Anbindung zum Stand, nach Neuwarp/Altwarp und auch nach Stettin Der Bus fährt in hoher Taktfrequenz bis in die späten Abendstunden. Direkt in der Nachbarschaft befindet sich ein fußläufig erreichbarer Supermarkt, der bis 23 Uhr geöffnet hat.
