Layout & Absolute Privacy: This listing is for the exclusive rental of the entire spacious upper floor, including the master suite, treetop loft, kitchen, great room, and private balconies. The lower level is a completely separate wing of the estate utilizing its own private exterior entry on the lower driveway. The owners may occasionally stay in this separate lower wing during your visit, or it may remain vacant. While the two levels connect internally via a spiral staircase, a secure privacy barrier separates the floors when the lower wing is occupied, ensuring your absolute privacy is respected.
Pet-Friendly: We are delighted to welcome your well-behaved pets! A flat $300 pet fee applies.
Utility & Estate Fee: A flat $300 property fee is applied to all stays. This directly covers your high-speed internet, all monthly utilities (gas, electricity, water), and weekly professional gardening/estate maintenance to keep the 3-acre grounds pristine during your stay.
