3 Bedroom Cabin in Show Low
Immaculate, spacious mountain retreat nestled among tall pines in the private, gated neighborhood of Bison Ridge. The expansive covered wrap-around deck, complete with a BBQ grill, is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of the White Mountains with family and friends.
This well-appointed home features a split floor plan with a large master suite—which opens to the deck—complete with a private bath, king-size bed, and flat-screen TV with satellite. The two additional bedrooms both have queen-size beds and include their own TVs and share one full bath.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, crock pot, coffee maker, Keurig and other items you need for delicious home-cooked meals or a holiday feast. A grill is provided for outside cooking. After a day of exploring all the area has to offer, kick back in the living room with reclining sofas and enjoy a movie by the easy-to-start gas fireplace.
Board games, outside games, playing cards and chips for poker can be found in the master closet, along with two single air mattresses. The kitchen pantry contains a few books and movies. Home is equipped with best WIFI plan the mountains have to offer for those of you who need to work while away - no problem handling video conferences. Washer and Dryer are also available for use.
A private garage, complete with an electric-car charger, is available for your use, as well as a generously-sized arched driveway.
A portable high chair, kept in master closet (see picture) is available for use, as is an inflatable boat (see photo with weight restrictions), kept in the garage.
Well-behaved dogs one year or older are welcome, but MUST be pre-approved. Please let us know what kind of dog(s), how many, and the size and age. A dog door is in the master bedroom; it opens to the wraparound porch and exits to an enclosed spot for the dogs. The large 1/4-acre, very private backyard is fenced-in and perfect for playing fetch, etc. with your four-legged family member(s)! No cats, though, owner is extremely allergic. Owner has a private area downstairs which is not part of the rental - owner will NOT be present while home is rented.
Within Bison Ridge there are two private parks with playground equipment and picnic tables, and the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest—a great place to mountain bike and hike—is just steps away.
Fool Hollow is another picturesque and popular spot for outdoor adventures, including kayaking, canoeing, swimming and fishing, and it is fewer than three miles away; horseback riding is also available nearby, year-round. In the summer, you can enjoy Show Low's Farmers Market & Art Walk every Saturday.
Bison Ridge is a short drive from Pinetop-Lakeside, where you can enjoy even more trails, lakes, local dining establishments and seasonal activities, and Hon-Dah Casino is just a little further up, off Highway 260.
Sunrise Park Ski Resort is about 45 minutes from Pinetop and offers a variety of activities for both winter and summer—including an amazing zip-line tour!

*Unattended dogs must be crated/kenneled; an XL wire crate is beneath the bed in the back guest room.

• We want you to have a wonderful time while you are here; please be a considerate guest after 10:00 p.m.; Bison Ridge is a quiet, well-cared for community with full-time residents. Noise carries long distances in the mountains.

• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. / Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
Unless arranged in advance, checkout time is 11:00 a.m. in order to accommodate guests checking in later that day. Checkout times are enforced so there is adequate time to prepare the property for the next guest(s). Our cleaning service arrives shortly after 11:00 a.m. on day of checkout to clean and evaluate property. PLEASE NOTE: Late checkouts will be charged for one full night.
