The living area opens up to a covered patio that overlooks the green space and one of the 2 pools in the complex. A dinette and full size grill for you to enjoy. Gorgeous sunsets can be viewed with your beverage of choice. Surrounded by mountains and swaying palm trees. Privacy is abundant in this unit as none of it opens up to the street. The entire unit is tile floors with area rugs. Central heat and air keep the unit comfortable in all seasons. There is ample on-street parking.
This complex and the club are conveniently located very close to I-10, tucked between La Quinta, Indian Wells and Palm Desert. Close to many shopping options, entertainment, casinos, and an endless choice of restaurant selections. Because of the gated community the area is quiet with almost no street traffic noise. 30 day minimum is required by both the Country Club HOA as well as the complex HOA. $300 in utilities per month included in the cost. Absolutely no smoking!
