This condo is great for families! Enter the main living area with a huge 75" TV and comfortable seating. New couch upgraded in 2021. Head up just a few steps to the dining room and kitchen with full size washer and dryer. The fireplace is non operable! The massive master bedroom includes sitting area, patio, large master bathroom and plenty of closet space. The lower level has two bedrooms, one with two twin beds, the other with two full beds.
This unit is right across from the tennis courts and parking garage and is very close to the pool and spa. The closet is stocked with tennis equipment and beach gear. This desirable community has direct stair access to the wide sandy beaches below the bluffs.
Solana Beach and Tennis Club is one of the larger complexes on the bluffs with beautiful landscaping and water features. It has one swimming pool, two spas, and 4 tennis courts. The clubhouse has a game room including ping pong and billiards as well as racket and ball rentals for the tennis courts. Be sure to bring your own equipment! There is a view area to catch those iconic Southern California sunsets. Stair access to the beach is located just south of the complex. Solana Beach is a cozy seaside town that has great shopping and excellent restaurants and is centrally located for easy access to all San Diego has to offer. We recommend visiting Seaworld, Legoland, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Safari Park and the San Diego Botanic Garden.
