Our iconic San Diego residential apartment complex is located across from the Manchester Grand Hyatt hotel in downtown San Diego's exclusive Marina & Seaport Village District. You are minutes away from restaurants and nightlife in the Gaslamp Quarter, Seaport Village, PETCO Park, Balboa Park Golf Course, Sea World, and the San Diego Zoo! A 5 minute walk to the San Diego Convention Center. Resort-style amenities include a brand new rooftop pool and jacuzzi & a state of the art fitness center. Our home has all brand new flooring, counter tops and appliances.
You have the entire amazing 900 square foot 2BR/2BATH apartment home all to yourself. Two private bedrooms with doors. It is safe, upscale, breathtaking, and yet close to everything in town!
Bedrooms & Bedding:
You will have 2 master bedrooms! Each bedroom features a comfortable Pillowtop Queen bed. We also have a relaxing Queen sofa bed, and a twin size memory foam rollaway-bed. All come with plenty of linens, pillows, & comforters. There is even a Pack N Play Baby Crib so that your baby can live like a local as well!

2 spacious bathrooms & showers with many essentials and toiletries for your convenience.
Television & Entertainment:
New 50" SmartTV with many network and cable channels and streaming Netflix in the living room. Each bedroom features a 50" SmartTv with Netflix & streaming apps.
