Summary: I like Hampton Inn, because they have comfortable beds and a great breakfast! I have never had an issue! However, I requested and paid for a King size bed and did not get. We were there around 1 pm to leave our luggage and they let us store them, but could not check-in yet. Possibly between 230 and 3 pm we could check in early. We were unable to do that due to a prior commitment, got there around 515pm to check-in. When we went to our room we were given 2 full beds and were assigned the last room closest to the coaster! I went downstairs to inform I had reserved a King size bed. The rep informed me they were already booked up. No other rooms available. Other people were checking in after us. Said she couldn’t do anything since they were full. Requested to speak to a Supervisor and told me they would not be available until the following morning. As mentioned, the Hampton inn is always a great place to stay. The room I got was nice, but I did not get my King size bed. Even though, we were close to the coaster, it was still ok.
