Positive: Location beautiful, much thought put into keeping it authentic. Wine tasting was really good, Peter was very entertaining, great at blending his knowledge of wine with the local cuisine. Rute in Reception was great.

Negative: Food was lovely, but think more options for the dinner menu would be great! And as the property is so big, I think you could have more Picnic spots, down by the pond would be fab😜

Summary: Absolutely loved it, very relaxing and peaceful.
