Positive: Excellent, helpful, and forthcoming staff: Calling from the road and arriving less than 10 minutes before an online meeting I needed to open, we were met in reception with keys ready to go, facilitating a smooth, perfect transition to work. Our very quiet room faced a snowy woods, evening dinner in the restaurant was perfect from the first to the last course, and the staff was just as wonderful in the restaurant as in reception.
