Positive: It was clean and properly managed, enough staff and good facilities It was full of kids as nearby ski slopes are perfect for kids

Negative: We did miss entrance to hotel reception and entered via restaurant.. there is no entrance to spa from ground flloor, you need to go via restaurant or via second floor
