Positive: We were given the address and access code to the building in advance. We were then met by our host at the property. Everything went smoothly and was completely hassle-free. Our host was very welcoming and friendly. He pointed out a minor, pre-existing damage so everything was transparent from the start. The apartment itself was excellent-clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Communication with the host was great throughout. We were given plenty of flexibility with the check-out time. I’d happily recommend both the apartment and the host—and it’s not out of the realm of possibilities that we’ll stay there again. A massive hit overall.
