Our Shining Star is a brand-new cottage that sits on Lake Huron offering a spectacular Southwest sunset exposure. The home big and spacious and has amazing views of the lake from both the main floor and top floor bedrooms, the kitchen, living room, and the loft Game Room. We are situated in one of the most desirable areas in Oliphant, ON located within the South Bruce Peninsula. The lake is right at the doorstep.
The Space:
Shining Star has 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and comfortably accommodates up to 12 people.
We have all the modern comforts of living: a brand-new custom kitchen with a dishwasher, new oven, fridge, microwave, and washer & dryer. Open concept living and dining area with stunning views. We are located directly across the street from the lake which is a great place for swimming and water activities.

** Please also note, we are particularly diligent with hygiene and cleanliness. All duvet covers sheets pillowcases and blankets are washed thoroughly and cleaned prior to our new guests arriving. Enhanced cleaning means we wash in temperatures above 60 degrees Celsius and disinfect all high-touch areas.

During your stay, you might want to hike the Bruce Trail - stretching over 890 km from Niagara Falls to Tobermory, it is the most popular trail in the park, and it's easy to understand why. The trail, often rugged and uneven, leads you to the cliffs where you will suddenly be greeted by breathtaking views of Georgian Bay.
Spirit Rock Conservation is also nearby - only 15 minutes from the cottage! It's local history, legends and remarkable view of Copoy's Bay make this a must-do adventure when staying at Shining Star. You'll see the spiral staircase which runs the cliff to the waters edge and provides access to the Bruce Trail.
