Located in the heart of the downtown, just steps away from St Catherine Street (the main commerical street in Montreal). This 3000 sq ft heritage building with its 8 closed bedrooms and 4 washrooms, would be a perfect place for your large group gathering, a big friends reunion or even families organised trip.
We will be available throughout your stay to answer any questions, or help with reservations, planning, or simply to make a restaurant recommendation and leave you with the keys and our phone number. Should any emergencies occur feel free to text or call.

- NO LOUD NOISES after 10pm, we respect our neighbours, we have a good relationship with all of them and we intend to keep it that way.
- Any loud noises, party or gathering (beyond the amount of guests agreed upon) without our knowledge will result in TERMINATING YOUR STAY IMMEDIATELY and keep your full security deposit.
- The entrance of the building is ONLY to enter or exit the building, no hanging around or smoking at the entrance.
- NO SHOES inside the building at ALL TIME. Wearing shoes inside the building will result extra cleaning fees of 250$.
- We worked hard to make the place look beautiful for you to enjoy, so KEEP IT CLEAN & ORGANISED, respect the place and give it back the same way you found it. If at check out, the place is left dirty or messy you will pay a fine of 250$ for extra cleaning.
- This is a SMOKE-FREE building. An extra 250$ cleaning fees will be charged for smoking inside the building.
- ANY DAMAGES to the furniture or decor, you will be responsible to cover the FULL AMOUNT to replace it or to fix it.
