The location is very central to all activities. Sierra at Tahoe and Heavenly Valley Ski areas are both 15-20 minutes away and Kirkwood & Homewood are 30 min away, great beaches, bike trails & horseback riding are a 15 minutes drive. Shopping, restaurants, and golfing 5 minutes. Nightlife is 15 minutes away. Our home is located on one-fourth acre and has vacant lots on either side. It has a wonderful mountain feel with lovely mountain views in a wonderful neighborhood . A perfect place for people to enjoy each other and the natural beauty around them.
