Lubicz Street is located in the close vicinity of the Main Railway Station.
The apartment is located in a renovated building of the old Brewery, which was built in 1840 in an eclectic style. It was the largest brewery in Krakow, and then in the whole of Galicia, and was famous for producing good beer awarded with many national medals and prizes. In 2015 parts of the complex were restored to function. Also on the territory of the brewery there is the famous Lubicz Brewery restaurant.
The location of the street provides quick access not only to the station, but also to the Main Square, Matejki Square. From the tram/bus stop, which is located just below the complex, you can easily get to any part of the city - also to the famous districts of Kazimierz and Stare Podgórze.

Apartment:
Take a rest in a modern designed apartment in a beautifully renovated historical Browar building. It couldn't get more spacious and sunny: beautiful high windows illuminate the living room and the bedroom.
It located on the 3rd floor, where you will be taken by an elevator and can fit up to 6 people. There is a separate bedroom that consists of the queen size bed. The fold-out sofa in the living room provides comfortable places to sleep for two people. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and WC. Modern kitchenette equipped with all necessary household appliances (coffee maker, kettle, oven, cooking and baking dishes, etc.).

For our guests we offer breakfasts with delivery to the apartment. The cost of breakfast is 45 PLN / 10 EUR per person.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and building. Everything is included in price and at guest's disposal, including professional hotel bedlinen, shower gel, shampoo and other essentials. Apartment is air-conditioned.
Guests can ask for concierge services any time during their stay.

In the same building fitters will find Gym (extra paid) and book lovers can drink coffee in the cosy and beautiful bookshop behind the corner. Everyone who loves drinking wine for sure has to drop by to famous polish wine-bar (also on the corner). Next to our building is situated old hospital and on the corner guests could find pharmacy. 1 min from apartment is located grocery (Carrefour), bakery (Buczek), flower shop and ice-cream shop.

1 min from our building is tram stop - Lubicz.

~Notes~

In view of apartment's character and location we kindly ask to abide our House Rules. Primarily please remember about quiet hours from 22:00 till 6:00 (organizing party is strictly forbidden) as well as not smoking in the apartment. Smokers can do it outside on the balcony.


~House Rules~

Make yourself at home and please take care of our place like if it was yours.

1. Turn off the light when you are not using it.
2. Don’t let unverified people inside the apartment.
3. You are entirely responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your stay. Guests will be charged with any damages to property if occurred.
4. People not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
5. Parties, events, anniversaries or birthday events are strictly forbidden if not discussed previously with the host.
6. Before leaving the house make sure are all windows are closed.
7. This is a non smoking apartment. A one time penalty fee will be applied if violated.
8. Late check outs are charged an extra fee of 15 EUR per 1 hour.
9. Parking if available is paid as extra fee of 15 EUR / day, unless agreed or written in the description otherwise.
