Our serene and secure neighborhood features a newly constructed city park just a block away from the condo. The downtown area promises entertainment for visitors of all ages, including ferry rides and attractions.
The kitchen is fully equipped for extended stays, offering a comprehensive array of cookware, glassware, utensils, and more. We even provide complimentary sodas upon your arrival. It's a tranquil, secure area with a new park developed by the city. It is around one block away from the apartment. The downtown area has activities and Ferry rides for both adults and children. Stepping outdoors, you can view the beach sand and Bay Area, which are approximately 100 yards away.
Getting Around:
You can walk to everything, bay, beach, bars, and restaurants.
Other Things to Note:
* We have an assigned garage parking for compact vehicles. The parking space is small and will fit up to a mid-size SUV. You can also do street parking but be mindful of street cleaning signs. Overnight parking is permitted in metered spaces but must be moved early in the morning.
* Street cleaning occurs on Mondays on one side of the street and Tuesdays on the other side. Parking is prohibited in the alley, and any parking tickets are the sole responsibility of the guest.
