Nice studio completely renovated in 2017, fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, combined oven ...) in the heart of historic Bordeaux with two mini-balconies. Our apartment is an adorable 30 m2 studio with two half-balconies, on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 18th century building, in the heart of Historic Bordeaux. It was completely renovated in 2017 with the aim of retaining all the old features (parquet, dressed stone wall, marble fireplace, cement tile) and bringing it the greatest comfort (dishwasher, induction hob , combined oven, washing machine, TV with Box and wifi). The apartment consists of a large room of 20m2 (living-dining room), facing south, a completely refurbished bathroom (shower 90 X 90), a fully equipped kitchen and a sleeping area in mezzanine of 6m2. From the mini-balconies, you can have a drink (we have a small folding table) while admiring the facades and the splendid 17th century street. At the sleeping level, we offer a bed (140) in the sleeping area on the mezzanine, the height of this space is limited to 1. 30 meters and a sofa bed (140) which is located in the main room, both beds are fitted with quality mattresses. The sleeping area is accessible by a Japanese step staircase.
