We are fully stocked with starter essentials, we run on Solar, Level 2 EV Charger, 2 private tandem parking spots, King Bed, massive master bath/spa, blazing fast wifi, super swanky heated seat bidet that opens when you walk in, and room-darkening shades, and outdoor fountain, and outdoor lounging/dining.

All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet.
