Positive: We came with our eight year old and stayed 2 weeks. The apartment looked fine but we found dirty underwear under the sofa. We were offered free cleaning in return which is all good, but after the service came to clean we got accused of having an animal in the apartment, trying to charge us for an invisible animal for 100pln. After that was corrected, all was good for a while. The worst thing about this apartment is the foul smell of piss that is in the bathroom and makes you feel dirty every time you use the bathroom, the smell gets worse a few times a day especially in the evening and it is best to just keep the bathroom door closed. We were overall happy with our trip and at first happy with the service, after we checked out I got an email accusing us of damaging some chest of drawers. With a photo of the damage. This is something that did not happen while we where there, and when trying to communicate that and sending them emails we got no answer from them at all. So this business is just going to use this utter nonsense to take the insurance for 500 pln. After trying to communicate with no luck I can honestly say I would never stay there again. Still waiting for an answer from them and quite sure they are going to use this to get some few extra pln for no damage which just says alot about the company. Kind regards

Negative: The smelly bathroom. Lamps with no sockets to plug them in. Awful staff accusing us of having invisible pets and trying to swindle us by making up damage. I'll add a picture of the made up damage.
