Positive: We preffered thıs hotel as we sayed 2 years before and like it so much it is an old small palace , very interesting

Negative: there were no internet connection at rooms and they charge for us for the complimentary water which they put in room ( in all hotels if there are 1 or 2 bottles of water at room these are complimentary this is an unwritten business rule in hotels ) but this hotel not only charged for a bottle of water but they charge for 1 slice of bread also which my friend asked as he has to eat that before his medicines, we paid 29 ziloti ( about 7.5 € ) for a bottle of water and a slice of bread this is unbeleivable and too bad for hotel reputation which neighter me nor my freinds will stay in this hotel again they have to shame with this act , breakfast was below avarage
