Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Was clean, modern.

Negative: The reception was not open in the evening and neither in the morning. We found the key in the key box but still there was no help around. We tried calling them to check out, no one answered for 1 hour. We waited and still no one came. We needed to pay at the check out so everything was very difficult and unprofessional. Guests are just left alone. As reception working times or phone numbers are non existent. We left the key in the box and paid later on which was also quite difficult.

Summary: If the reception and given phone numbers would have worked everything would have been great.
