Positive: + Parking: onsite within a gated compound & with a reserved spot + Good location + Newer building + Easy access with lift for people with limited mobility + High-Tech coffee machine; however, there were no instructions provided on how to operate it. Therefore, I had to drink instant coffee.

Negative: - Address provided in booking.com app is wrong. Should be 2B Różana; not 2 Różana. Doesn't sound like much of a difference; 2 Różana is a private residence NOT immediately adjacent to 2B (I ended up walking into someone's yard where I shouldn't have been). Had there been an exterior picture of the building on the booking.com website, I would have known I was in the wrong place. Owner gave correct address in the check-in instructions, but I used the app to navigate. - Not clean; the apartment needs a deep cleaning (floors, baseboards (especially in the bathroom), upholstery, stove and refrigerator) - Advertised as a non-smoking property; however, an ashtray was prominently placed in the unit - Stove top had not been thoroughly cleaned after previous guests - Refrigerator contained half-eaten food left by a previous guest (example: a partially-eaten cucumber and tomato along with an open container of milk, & unwrapped butter), among other items. - Although there was a television, it was not connected to anything; no cable TV; no antenna. So, if television is important, be sure to bring your own programming source for streaming as well as the appropriate cables to connect to the TV. Incidentally, booking dot com states that there is a "streaming service like Neflix". That is misleading; you can use a service such as Netflix - if you bring you own equipment to connect it to their television. There was no streaming streaming service provided. - Sparsely supplied with amenities such as kitchen towels, pot holders, NO hairdryer (which was advertised as being present in the unit); no dishwasher soap -- which makes one wonder whether the dishes in the unit had been properly washed - Outdoor dining area had a table, but no chairs - Reviews contained on booking dot com were not consistent with what we experienced during our stay ... and we have stayed at many vacation apartments booked through booking dot com
