During your stay, there will be another tenant with the similar bedroom setup next door, that will share the full size bathroom in the hallway. This setup is perfect for a remote work, on line meetings in a quiet neighborhood with fast Internet throughout the house and private backyard. Access to the community pool, tennis courts. Half a block to a convenient store, 1 mile to shopping centers, 4 miles from the Pacific Coast & Beaches, easy access to the train to San Diego, Oceanside, and LA.

Shared Office /Work space on the 1st floor, Living Room, Family Room with a fire place, Dining Room and the Kitchen on the ground floor, backyard with a patio, outdoor furniture and private jacuzzi. and sauna. Community pool, volleyball, tennis and pickaball courts. There are two TV/entertainment centers with Roku, which gives access to Amazon Prime, Netflix, and more.
Kitchen is fully equipped and bathrooms have towels, toilet paper and soap. Guests will have access to the part of the garage where the Washer and Dryer is available for general use.
Throughout the house we provide free highspeed Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work, on line classes and Zoom meetings. The Hostess lives in one of the bedrooms. She is available for questions, troubleshooting and information about the area.
